No. Submitting the form is a request and does not guarantee a cabin or price. Your reservation is confirmed only after we review your request, create the booking with Royal Caribbean, process the required deposit, and send you a confirmation.
A $250 per person deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
For eligible double-occupancy group-rate cabins, the deposit is fully refundable through February 22, 2027. For other occupancy cabins booked at prevailing rates, the deposit is non-refundable.
Yes, when available. If you have a preferred cabin number or location, include it with your request. If that cabin is no longer available, we’ll contact you with the closest available options before finalizing the reservation.
Yes. If one person will be paying the deposits for all cabins, you can include multiple cabins on one registration and list the guests for each cabin. If different people will be paying their own deposits, each cabin should submit a separate registration.
We’ll plan activities based on the interests of the people who actually join us—not just create a random schedule in advance. Ideas we’re considering include a welcome meet-and-greet, sail-away get-together, cabin crawl, slot pull, gift exchange and more. We’ll reach out to the group before the cruise to find out what sounds fun to everyone.
Not at all! This is your vacation. Participate in as many—or as few—group activities as you’d like and enjoy the rest of your time however you choose.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to sail with family and friends whether they follow Cruising Kat or not. Everyone booked as part of the group is welcome to join our activities.
We’ll keep everyone updated as plans come together and share the final schedule with the group before we sail, along with any important details you’ll need onboard.
